I was going through some old photos today trying to clean up pictures on my computer, and I came across these old photos of me and thought they might be fun to post on my blog. My favorite is seeing how fast my old dog grew next to how small I was. My dad built us a wooden helicopter in the backyard for us to pretend in. Posting a recent pic of myself as well at the bottom for contrast.
I watched my mother’s dogs for the weekend this Summer. They are a funny pair. Cate the Collie loves to chase a ball so much that we got her a machine that throws the ball for her. Conan the Pomeranian likes exploring under the deck more than he likes chasing the ball but the both keep each other company.
I recently took a trip to see Tracy, CA where I had never been before. On the way there I passed through Sunol, CA. Sunol is a great little town with a classic railroad stop, fruit stand and a monument to Bosco the dog whom was once mayor. Tracy was very hot, run down and the air has hard to breathe, must be why the housing is so cheap. However, did get a great shot of cows crowding for shade on the altamont pass, where the 60’s allegedly ended at a rolling stones concert.
